How can I change the description of an exercise?

To edit the description, first you need to add the exercises to the plan. Then edit the description box.

If you would like to save the description for future use (i.e. every time you use this exercise again it will have the new description) then click the box 'Do you want to Save the New Exercise Description for future use?'
